I could tell you the long story or the short one but I’ll start with the short. I was a silicon valley software engineer who absolutely hated life in the office. Why was I doing something I hated to make others rich? I was not doing what I was meant to do, and was having trouble saving even on a 6-figure salary. So I set out to make as much money as possible, as quickly as possible, to invest areas that would give me the passive income I needed to live a more fulfilling life. There’s no better way than real estate. I utilized creative financing, partners and eventually investors, and created some amazing Airbnbs that made me hundreds of thousands of dollars quickly. Eventually my passive income had gone far beyond my W2 income and I was on a completely new journey. Now I teach people how to do the same, specifically how to be the best at Airbnb. No matter where they are on the journey.
